CONGRATUALATIONS to the Alderfer Group's founder and co-owner CONNIE ALDERFER for being named 2009 Realtor of the Year by the Kachemak Board of Realtors.  The award is given to Realtors who are active in the industry, including serving on committees and working with the Board of Realtors, and, perhaps most importantly, who uphold the Realtor code of ethics.

Gina Pelaia, Kachemak Board President said, "Connie is pretty incredible. She's done a lot in terms of helping organizations locally and nationally and attends a lot of conventions and helps bring that knowledge back with her." 

Alderfer is a longtime Realtor and a past president of two local Realtor boards, the Kachemak Board here in Homer and the St. Louis Board of Realtors (home to more than 15, 000 licensed realtors.)  One of her most recent accomplishments was making the national Graduate Realtor Institute education classes available in Homer.  On behalf of the entire team, Kudos to Connie!
